Shipping process


Confirmation before shipment

1. Confirm the delivery address: After the customer's payment is successful, we will contact the customer via whatsapp or email (so please leave an email address or whatsapp ID where you can be contacted in the order). After contacting the customer, we will confirm the delivery address with the customer. If we cannot contact the customer within 10 days after receiving the payment, we will refund the full amount to the customer's account!
2. Provide quality inspection pictures: NK Shoes can provide quality inspection pictures (if you need). NK Shoes will send you quality inspection photos before shipment (3-5 days process). If you are not satisfied with the quality inspection photos, we can replace a pair of shoes for you or refund the full amount! We will only ship after you confirm that there is no problem with the quality inspection photos!
No quality inspection photos are required before shipment (we can ship faster). After the package is sent out, we will provide you with complete tracking details via email.

Shipping method and shipping time

1. Shipping method: The default shipping method we use is DHL and EMS. If DHL and EMS cannot deliver to the country/region, we will use other couriers (Epacket, Fex, UPS).
2. Shipping time: about 7-15 days.

Tracking after shipment

1. We will send you the package status and provide detailed tracking information via WhatsApp or email. General tracking information will be provided to you within 3-4 days.
2. After the package is shipped, we will send the package status by mail and provide detailed tracking information. If you find that your order status is "shipped", but you can't find the logistics information. Don't worry, this is normal. After 2 days, we will send you the tracking number by email. The tracking number can accurately query the package information. Please pay attention to your mail.
